This one-of-a-kind experience will immerse you in Sydney’s vibrant sustainable fashion scene, local eco-conscious cafes, and urban green spaces, all while showcasing local businesses that are making a real impact in creating a more sustainable city.

Our meeting point will be Museum Station, near the Liverpool Street entrance, right in the heart of the city. From there, we’ll take a short walk through Darlinghurst’s leafy streets—uncovering stories of local history, creativity and conscious living along the way.

The Tour Starts with Coffee (and a Purpose)

We begin the morning at iL Espresso, a much-loved café in the heart of Darlinghurst, serving locally roasted coffee by The Wood Roaster.

The Wood Roaster is one of Australia’s only solar-powered, wood-fired coffee roasteries, using sustainably sourced ironbark and small-batch methods to create rich, full-bodied coffee with a lighter environmental footprint.

Every cup supports reforestation, waste reduction and local craftsmanship—making this more than just a caffeine stop. It’s a chance to learn how thoughtful, sustainable choices can start with something as simple as your morning coffee.

Not a coffee drinker? No problem—tea is available too!

Next, we’ll step into the world of sustainable luxe fashion with visits to Savers, Fabrique Vintage, and SWOP — where you’ll have time to shop, learn how to spot quality pieces and uncover hidden gems among the pre-loved treasures.

As we stroll through Darlinghurst, we’ll also explore Green Park and Hayden Lane, two examples of how the City of Sydney is integrating sustainability into its public spaces, making urban living greener and more livable for everyone.

Our tour concludes at Two Good Co Café, located in Yirranma Place on Gadigal land. Once a historic Baptist church, Yirranma has been thoughtfully reimagined as a space for social impact—celebrating First Nations culture and community-led change. Here, you’ll savour a specially curated tasting plate paired with tea or coffee, while discovering how the café blends eco-conscious dining with meaningful social purpose.
